When you’re used to eating every 2-3 hours and are forced to skip a meal…
Seriously though! And then people are like “You JUST ate 2 hours ago..you are going to be just fine.” And I’m just like …

so far so good but still a bit frustrated
I am still at 177 >:P. It’s bit frustrating still holding a 177 because of plateauing, and it doesn’t make it any more easy knowing that there’s not really a whole lot I can do about it other than to try and mix things up. I hope you guys enjoyed my prom pics! Me and Photoshop got acquainted so that I could put up those pics (photoshop is soooo complicated :c ) My experiment with spreading my meals out and eating more frequently is going well. It’s good because it keeps me from feeling hungry and doing meals this way let’s me avoid the nutritional black hole that is called a school lunch.

I love the last paragraph. My intake varies day by day based on how hungry I am. Some days my net intake is 1000 and other days it’s 1500. It really depends on how much I exercised, my hunger levels, and what I’m doing that day. Don’t beat yourself up if you’re not consistently hitting your “magic intake number” for the day (I’m looking at you 1,200 calories!).
this is so interesting!
Why science is soooo neat
